Southern Style Soft Wash is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, incorrect information, or unavailable utilities.
4. Quotes and Payment
Quotes are based on the information provided and the visible condition of the property.
Final pricing may change if the project requires additional work, extra time, or if property conditions are different from what was originally described.
Payment is due as agreed before or after completion of service. Late or unpaid balances may result in service delays, cancellation, or collection action.
5. Property Conditions and Limitations
We take care when cleaning every surface, but some surfaces may already have damage, oxidation, loose paint, weakened wood, poor sealing, or other existing issues.
Southern Style Soft Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, water intrusion caused by poorly sealed windows or doors, loose fixtures, defective materials, or surfaces that react poorly due to age or condition.
6. Weather and Scheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, storms, unsafe weather, equipment issues, or other conditions outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes as soon as possible.
7. Results
Southern Style Soft Wash aims to provide high-quality exterior cleaning results. However, some stains, discoloration, oxidation, rust, oil, paint, or deep-set buildup may not be fully removable.
We do not guarantee that every surface will look new after cleaning.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Repeated cancellations, last-minute changes, or lack of property access may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.
